IMPROVED 60
If you choose this program you will have three training days a week, each requires around 60 minutes. It is simple and fast but far from easy!
IMPROVED 120
If you choose this program you will have five training days a week, each requires around 120 minutes. You also have a 30 min mobility session on one of the rest days.
IMPROVED HYBRID
In this program you will have two training days a week, each requires around 75 minutes. Warm-ups, strength and endurance, everything you need for a successful plan.
Improved Hybrid
This is a highly effective program designed to enhance both strength and endurance. This program is ideal for those preparing for demanding races.
