The Improved Training Program is designed for anyone who wants to develop and become a better crossfit athlete.

IMPROVED 60

If you choose this program you will have three training days a week, each requires around 60 minutes. It is simple and fast but far from easy! You also have a 30 min optional mobility session on one of the rest days.

IMPROVED 90​

If you choose this program you will have four training days a week, each requires around 90 minutes. You also have a 30 min optional mobility session on one of the rest days.

IMPROVED 120

If you choose this program you will have five training days a week, each requires around 120 minutes. You also have a 30 min mobility session on one of the rest days.
